Mel is a person in recovery, and has healed from a LOT of things (trauma, substance use, physical injury) and is still healing from others. Certified and insured yoga instructor, spiritual guide, recovery witch, CPSRP, RSS, AS DARC, MHFA, harm reduction advocate and multiple pathways educator. Using a combination of her lived experience, professional training, and innate wisdom, she will get to know you a bit and help tailor healing to you!
